A Prehistoric Treat & Some Eye Candy

The Peppermint Shrimp, who has yet to earn his keep, came out from the rock he's been hiding under since acclimation to grab something, then retreat back to his hole.  I got a much better picture of him.

We were treated tonight to an early emergence of the Brittle Starfish as the Clown fish entertained us by skimming the half pipe of which the anemone resides, only to be interrupted by a starfish leg which they promptly shoo'd away.

And the photosynthetic bacteria of the Red Slime Algae glimmered in the Moonlight LEDs to top off the night.

This saltwater world can truly be amazing.
